We found ourselves with nearly a garage door emergency!! We had a generic cheap builder garage door that was beginning to sag and had originally placed a service call into the original installers. Their service call was still 3 weeks away. We couldn’t wait that long. I had called to see if they might have a cancellation (nope). We wanted to avoid the emergency so I asked friends for a referral….I reached out and received the referral for Omer of Iceberg on a Friday afternoon and called him that afternoon. He came the next day. I was beyond excited. Omer arrived and was very honest with us. Explained the problem to us and our options for replacement. We chose to replace as our builder garage door was a basic cheap door. By that Thursday it was replaced. We still had two weeks to wait for the other company to come for service appointment. The garage door was installed that day and we had a fantastic experience! The wonderful thing about Iceberg is you’re dealing with the owner who is a family man and super friendly and honest. He knows his stuff and his installers are professional and skilled at what they do!! We needed the door fixed asap and he understood the assignment and got it done way faster then we thought possible. Call him-you WON’T be disappointed 😀
